Delivery Model

Off-shore Model.

In this model we execute a software testing project at our premises. Good process governance is adopted to ensure smooth transition of knowledge. A Team is setup and operationalized within a short duration of time. Our team size can vary from a minimum of 2 resources to as high as 25. Good communication protocol is established between Lister and the customer. Status review meetings and updates happen as per the agreed periodicity. Under this engagement, test management is carried out by us.

On-site Model.

In this model the entire software testing activity is carried out at the customer location. Testers work under the guidance and supervision of the customer. Test management is mostly the responsibility of customer under this model.

Distributed Model.

This is a combination of on-site/off-shore model. Here a senior Lister representative such as a project manager or an account manager along with a small team work onsite. Bulk of the work is executed off-shore. Our on-site team coordinates between the customer and the off-site team. This model works well where the account is large and customer does not have the bandwidth to monitor off-shore work.

Dedicated Model

This model enables you to set up a dedicated team at Lister with the requisite skills to handle a variety of projects and serve as an extension of the client onsite team, thus enabling,

Time & Material business model is developed for long-term projects, where the total effort cannot be estimated in advance and the scope of work can vary during the implementation. This business model is highly efficient in case the project is hard to estimate in terms of time and creative effort and in case the development process needs control and improvement upon each iteration.

For projects with detailed specification on requirement, Lister offers fixed budget business model with fixed cost and delivery date. We analyze your requirement thoroughly in order to prevent further changes to the software requirement specification and develop an exact plan at a very detailed level.
