Engagement Models

We meet your requirement by implementing a combination of the following offshore and onsite delivery models:

Pure Offshore Model
In this model the software development effort fully happens at Lister’s Offshore Development Center in India. The Project Manager and Project Lead will work, on prior notice, during the overlapping hours between US daytime and India night time to ensure proper communication.

Partial Onsite – Offshore Model
We engage this model when the project is large and complex. Here, our Project Leader travels to your location for a short duration during the initial requirement understanding and deployment phase.
