“ Thank you for the hard work and dedication of your team. As the Medical Director, I utilize key 'Vital Factors' in measuring the progress and profitability of our company. One such Vital Factor is the aging reports. When aging reports reflect growing AR's, especially those above 90 days, this becomes a concern to me. This means that we are aging our dollars and not collecting. In the past with my staff here, I have had to deal with this issue quite a bit. It has always been a positive and negative issue for me, sometimes they collect and sometimes they do not. But since I have contracted your team to handle the A/R's, the numbers are improving and most importantly so has the collection dollars. I am impressed at your teams thoroughness, persistence, and dedication to this task.
A such, my wife and I, have allowed posting of charges to move to your team. Once again, I am impressed with the thoroughness that you have given to this task. What is more important is the rapid nature of how you learned our 'insane' software and understood our methods.
