Thank you for the hard work and dedication of your team. As the Medical Director, I utilize key 'Vital Factors' in measuring the progress and profitability of our company. One such Vital Factor is the aging reports. When aging reports reflect growing AR's, especially those above 90 days, this becomes a concern to me. This means that we are aging our dollars and not collecting. In the past with my staff here, I have had to deal with this issue quite a bit. It has always been a positive and negative issue for me, sometimes they collect and sometimes they do not. But since I have contracted your team to handle the A/R's, the numbers are improving and most importantly so has the collection dollars. I first only exposed them to the basic demographic function, which they picked up on very quickly. Within a month, I had released front end charge creation for several types of accounts to them. Over the past, I have found them to be very accurate and responsive, which has freed up my staff to pursue more direct tangible activity, (customer service, A/R, etc.) on behalf of my customers. Just this past month of January 09, I made the decision to increase my commitment and work volume, to include payments and denials posting.
With the proper supervision and direct communications between my account managers and their staffers, we have experienced accurate postings across all accounts, daily reports of all postings activities, and direct lists of pending transactions, to include local data insufficiencies.
