Srinivasa Gopalan (Gopal to friends and colleagues) is a Engineering Honours Graduate from College of Engineering, Guindy. He completed his post graduation in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and graduated in the year 1979.

Gopal started his career with Kinetic Engineering in Pune in 1979. He has worked in Manufacturing, Technical and Management Consulting, Information Technology, Electronic Commerce and Telecommunication industries; he has worked in India and in the Middle East Asia working for one of the globally reputed Oil Company.

Gopal was a member of the core founding management team of Satyam Infoway (now called, SIFY) and as Sr Vice President was responsible for all business with corporate customers. He led a team of 250 plus professionals. He was responsible for launching many pioneering products in data services and electronic commerce; identifying, partnering and managing relationship with global corporations such as Sterling Commerce, Broad Vision and Open Market and launching successfully their products in India. Gopal led SIFY to leadership position in these product categories in the India market.

He travels extensively both in India and abroad. He has firsthand knowledge on doing business in many countries including the USA, Singapore, Denmark, UK, Australia and the Middle East Asia.

Kumar has over 20 years of cross functional experience encompassing leadership in Global P&L management, M&A integration, Sales & Marketing, Business Development & Alliance Management, Competency building & Service Delivery management.

He successfully engaged Fortune 10, 50 & 500 enterprises in building and leading global relationships across a spectrum of industry verticals including Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare & Insurance and Manufacturing & Logistics. Kumar forged strong partnerships with CXOs by structuring and executing very large global outsourcing engagements. These included building CoEs for EBusiness Portals, multiple ODCs delivering business benefits through process and productivity improvements by use of tools like Six Sigma, running highly offshore leveraged Managed Services engagements across multiple technologies. Kumar also worked in designing and implementing EBusiness Portals that serviced multi-million dollar revenues for a variety of customers.

An Engineer and a post graduate from IIM Ahmedabad, Kumar has worked with multinational organizations in USA and India. Recent assignments include Satyam Computer Services as Senior Vice President and Cambridge Solutions as Chief Operating Officer.

Vasan has over 20 years of diverse experience in Manufacturing, Services & Information Technology Industry. He comes with a wide variety of experience ranging from manufacturing, sales, product development, business management and consulting.

His diverse experience greatly helps in understanding client needs & translating into well defined solution offering. Vasan's interests lie in helping organizations obtain tangible business benefits through technology. He is a strong advocate of cloud computing and on demand solutions. He has been instrumental in creating and growing Lister's Salesforce CRM practice and brings deep understanding of Salesforce and the Force.com platform.

Vasan is a graduate of IIT Madras & has post graduate qualifications from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and has worked in the past with the Murugappa Group and Shriram Group of Companies.

Prior to joining the Lister team, Jørgen was the Managing Director of Dansk System Electronic A/S for 7 years.

Jørgen holds a degree in International Sales, Marketing and Languages from Den Danske Eksportskole and Handelshøjskolen in Århus.

Jørgen brings a rich understanding of software project management, quality control, client relationship management and international business development.
