Kumar Sivaraman, President – E-Business & KPO
Kumar has over 22 years of cross functional experience in Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Competency building and has successfully managed partnerships with major e-business companies such as Broadvision, Sterling Commerce, CommerceOne and Open Market. He has built e-business solutions for CPG, Pharmaceutical, Automotive and BFSI industries and led the team that pioneered the creative adoption of e-business in India 13 years ago when e-commerce was in its nascent stage. Kumar has worked with customers across geographies handling Fortune 100 customers in a global delivery environment and has led large teams to provide a wide range of solutions. An engineer and a management graduate from one of the premier institutions in India, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Kumar heads the e-business division at Lister.
Anand Sambasivan, Director Projects
Anand is a chemical engineer from NIT Surathkal with over 17 years of overall experience across Manufacturing and IT. He has managed and successfully delivered enterprise class applications in the HR, Finance, SCM and the logistics domain. He currently manages international clients in the E-marketing and E-Business domain – delivering industry class solutions to accentuate business growth. He has built multiple productivity accelerators across a variety of technology stacks and was the chief architect of Vaman – Lister’s Oracle database monitoring product.
Vijay Ramanan, Senior Project Manager
Vijay has many years of rich industry experience and leads one of the largest E-commerce and Content Management teams at Lister, managing a complex, global, multi-lingual, multi-site ecommerce engine. His team is conversant with managing marketing campaigns, implementing site analytics, multi channel and social platform integrations. He also leads a team of web developers and usability experts with expertise in configuring and implementing content management systems. Vijay is ardent fan of Ruby on Rails with over four years of work on various implementation. He is proficient in delivering projects on agile (scrum) methodology and has experience in full life cycle e-commerce implementation from design through development to ‘go live’. Vijay is a commerce graduate with a master’s degree in computer applications and is well versed with trending web, database and mobile technologies.
Vaithianathan, Project Manager
Vaithi an engineering graduate from Pondicherry Engineering College, has more than 10 years of experience in application development, database management, digital marketing and e-commerce solutions design. He manages the LAMP practice at Lister. He has worked on Email Marketing Products, Drupal / OSCommerce / Magento based solutions, process automation and RFID / Barcode based supply chain solutions. Vaithi has extensive experience in managing projects using Waterfall, RAD and Agile methodologies. His technical competencies include Web Application Architecture, Database Development / Performance Management and Open Source Projects including e-commerce frameworks, content management solutions and green field LAMP developments.
Mukund, Project Manager
Mukund has close to 11 years of experience in building Web, IVR and Client-server applications and is a certified Scrum Master. He has successfully managed, designed and developed applications for Automotive, Telecom and Banking Industry in agile as well as waterfall models. In Lister, Mukund manages the services for a leading international database marketing company that is into campaign automation. He has M.S degree with specialization in speech recognition and has presented an international conference paper in ICME conference (2003). His technical competency spans J2EE, .NET and Oracle.
